Birthday Card

Our dear friend, Anne, is turning sixty this month. Her family had a surprise birthday party for her today and we thoroughly enjoyed it. For those of you that don't know her, she plays flute and piccolo in the community band with me as does her daughter, Melissa, who is my age. Anne and her husband, Roger, live in Browns Mills and have sort of adopted us as surrogate family. They have us over to their house every Christmas eve and are just such wonderful and supportive people. I wanted to make a special card for her for her birthday. This is what I came up with.

Paper is Basic Grey- Urban Prairie, the leaves and flowers are cut with the Accent Essentials Cricut cartridge, the square brads in the middle of the flowers are from Close to My Heart and the "Happy Birthday" stamp is by Fiskars.
